Return and Refund Policy
For household products (slow juicer, air fryer, folding shelf, cradle bed, chain saw blade,...).
After the customer receives the goods, during use, if the machine is damaged and does not work (the fault is not due to the customer), it will be returned within 7 days.

Process of exchanging new devices: Customers will contact the nearest branch and send the goods to that branch. After the technical team checks whether the product is correct or not, the fault is not caused by the customer. If it is correct (the nearest branch) will resend the new machine to the old address (Free ship) or the new address depending on the distance, the customer will incur additional fees.

Refund process: In the case with the above error, but the customer wants to return the goods and refund, after the customer sends the device to the nearest address. Vinxi will check and confirm, if correct, the money will be transferred back to the customer's account (according to the old account number the customer has paid for, or the new account number provided by the customer) within 7 days from the date of confirmation. Received faulty machine.
